The PR Project is a group of runners in Austin, TX training for a variety of events over the 2008-2009 season. They run hard, and some of them party hard. These are their adventures. I'm their coach. I'm Panther.

Besides running, necessities like eating and sleeping, and the occasional nice outing with Slingshot it seems like I am working all the damn time. Yes, even in the summer. But I guess that's just me feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment. No time to get drunk for me today, so you just raise a glass for me...and with any luck I'll see you in the morning.
Sorry if the other comment was snarkier than I meant to be. Bad day. Enjoy your Friday!!
I managed to down a few beers for you this afternoon while enjoying the day. I went with my husband to a shoot to raise money for the Texas Rodeo. It was fun! Guns, beer, boys, exotic animals, and prizes. What a day! Luckily I switched to H20 an hour or so ago so I will be geared up and ready to go.
Yes, Fridays are definitely not the same when there's a 20 miler at 5:30 in the morning! Oh well, the only thing I would have done before is give myself a massive hangover and slept all day. What fun is that?
One of the best signs I saw at mile 20 at a marathon: The return of Friday nights!
